President Message

Our company was established in 1964 as Nippon Sealol Co., Ltd. pursuant to a joint venture agreement between NOK Corporation and the U.S.-based Sealol Corporation. In 1978, the company changed its name to EAGLE Industry Co., Ltd.

Since our founding, we have supported the development of social infrastructure and industries through advanced sealing technologies that deliver reliable performance even under the most demanding operating conditions.

Today, with approximately 6,200 employees across 20 countries and regions, we supply mechanical seals, specialty valves, bellows products, and other highly engineered products to a wide range of industries. Our products serve transportation equipment such as automobiles, marine vessels, and aircraft, as well as rotating machinery including pumps and compressors, and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

We believe that the driving force behind our commitment to “Essential Core Manufacturing — The manufacture of pivotal products that shape society,” lies in our technological capabilities and manufacturing expertise. These strengths enable us to provide integrated solutions spanning fundamental research, materials development, design, and mass production for each of our product groups.

On October 1, 2026, following the establishment of NOK Group Corporation through a joint share transfer with NOK Corporation, we embarked on a new chapter in our history.

As “Global One NOK,” we will further strengthen collaboration with NOK Corporation and other group companies around the world. By leveraging the technologies, talent, and global networks cultivated by each company, and by combining our respective strengths, we will deepen our proprietary technologies and create new solutions. Through these efforts, we aim to contribute to solving societal challenges while achieving sustainable business growth.
